This study’s aim was to utilise high-plex staining and quantitative analysis to more clearly define the underling biology across CRC and NSCLC cancer indications.
Sample Details
CRC and NSCLC
Staining
Ultivue panel included CD3, CD4, CD8, FOXP3, CD68/CD163, PD-1, PD L1, and a pan CK/SOX10 cocktail as a tumour indicator.
Analysis
All image analysis performed using Visiopharm software.
