OracleBio 8-plex TMA analysis data is presented at the AACR Virtual Annual Meeting in April 2021.

The poster, produced in collaboration with Ultivue and TriStar Technology Group, focuses on the analysis of multi-tumour Tissue Microarray slides stained using the UltiMapper® I/O Immuno8™ panel. This study aimed to investigate the tumour microenvironment across multiple tumour types simultaneously by generating cell phenotype data, including localisation to tumour and stroma for every core across the TMAs.   The poster is entitled ‘Comparative multiplex digital phenotyping of the tumour microenvironment across multiple tumour types using a well characterized multi-tumour tissue microarray’ and is available to view and download by clicking on the poster below:
