OracleBio will be presenting and exhibiting at the 4th Annual Tumour Models Summit in Boston on the 20th and 21st July, 2016. The Tumor Models Summit Boston will focus on immunotherapy, combination therapies and the very latest improvements in preclinical and translation imaging designed to improve the predictability and interpretation of model-based research.
Dr Lorcan Sherry (OracleBio’s CSO) will be delivering a talk entitled, “Interpreting the Impact of Therapeutic Response on Immune Cell Proximity and Spatial Distribution within the Tumor Microenvironment“.
During his talk, Lorcan will discuss the current understanding of immune cell relationships within the tumor microenvironment, how quantifying immune/inflammatory cells within tumor tissue via histology combined with digital image analysis can help guide and have an impact on R&D decision making and describe recent advances and future perspectives in evaluating immune cell spatial context within the tumour microenvironment.
